tory comes buzzing out of the archives in Stockholmskallan.se, where 30.000 digitized historical primary sources are made easily accessible, put into context, interconnected to similar artefacts and geo-tagged. The web page works as a museum without walls, enabling users to access their cultural heritage on their smartphone screen as they walk the streets of Stockholm, literally in the footsteps of their predecessors. Stockholmskällan is a cooperation between The Stockholm City Museum, City Archive, Public Library and Department of Education.
